Learn to Grill: Beginner/Intermediate Class

Tons of information about grills! We will be cooking on a Weber Grill and a Gas Grill. Covering: direct vs indirect, controlling heat, smoking, using charcoal, hardwoods, etc., flavors, marinades, appetizers, vegetables, meats/seafood testing for “doneness” and more! Oh, and you will take home information sheet with all recipes AND we will enjoy everything we have prepared that evening!
