Learn to Cook Class – Kitchen Basics & Meal Preparation

Saturday, January 26th, 2019 – 9:00am-1:00pm; $125 per person Age 16 and up (No age exceptions).
Learn how to properly read a recipe, plan menus, understand cooking jargon & ingredients, measuring, use of utensils & other equipment, plating/garnishing, and basic knife skills. This class will definitely help you feel more comfortable in the kitchen. We will prepare a 4-5 course meal using newly learned skills to enjoy at the end of the class. Class will include lecture, demonstration & hands-on, take-home information packet and all recipes. Great class for anyone wanting to gain more experience and information about cooking…and it’s fun! Max:14 participants.
